Is there any logic to this?Why aren't they sold as singles?

They are sold in singles.. but only in the bathrooms at bars!

They are sold as singles in some places. Sex shops, bathrooms, hospitals, cheap hotels, etc..........

and there are 12 in a box for 12 months in a year

There is singles

But i guess if you buy a box of 3 or more

it's cause if you last a long time you can change it before it rips and no accidants happen!=/

or

You just won't have to buy more the next time!LOL

Convenience to different marketing demographics:

boxes of 12 are for college couples to have a night of fun,
boxes of three are a one year supply for a married couple.

The package of three is for 1 day for a young, unmarried couple.

The package of twelve is for married couples for a year.
