i have to make a newspaper clipping from word and does any one know how to make this possible? (making columns.. etc)

Under "FORMAT" select columns. A dialog box opens and you choose how you want you columns to appear.

Don't use tables. With columns you can continue an article to the next column on the same page or even a different page just like a newspaper or magazine article.

You can set the number of columns in word -- I believe its under the Format Menu with Paragraph (somewhere around there). I'm on Linux right now otherwise I'd check.

Yes it is possible you can use table for columns.
