why oh why do all of these kids post their pictures, saying.. hey rate me from 1-10 10 being hottest... tell me if i'm pretty, hot, blah blah freaking blah. then you actually look and they are like 12..??!!
can you actually believe this? not only are they on here trying to get their homework done for them, but they have to seek approval from anyone they can.. then you reply saying something like do your own homework or dont think they should be posting pics and say so, you are the bad guy. all the creeping kids come out of the woodwork and give you the big thumbs down..sad thing is, its so amusing i find myself on here reading this crap... lol, am i alone here? and say something absolutely relevant and hilarious , you get the points..

I agree. These kids should be outside in the sun. Doing something productive instead of sitting in front of the computer judging and being judged. But then again.... so should I. Oh well I guess we all love this crap!

I think some people do it to reassure themselves. Either people tell them all day that they're gorgeous and they just need to hear it to get an ego-boost, or they really just genuinely don't feel good about themselves and think the internet is a place to find answers/approval/etc. It seems ridiculous, but I think some kids just need it to feel good about themselves. I personally also find it amusing but I feel like a creep looking at their pictures/reading their descriptions! You're right though I guess it's pathetically funny.

Yes in fact I posted a question a few days ago stating Hay Old People.... Remember way back when we had to do our own homework and we didn't have sex with people unless we at least knew their first name. Freakin kids have a huge surprise coming when it comes time for the real world and i don't mean that lame a*s show on MTV either!

well my opinion is that there is so much peer pressure out there and in magazines and on tv because all you see now is about drugs and sex, sorry can't find anything funny about this at all, this is why kids starve their selves to be thin, or to look like barbie, they want others opinions because they do not feel secure with themselves they are too fat to skinny wear glasses, wear braces, wrong hair color wrong eye color if people would just look at themselves and look at the positive things that they see in themselves and leave the negative alone everyone has something about them that they do not like, and it has been going on since they come up with the mirror mirror on the wall cliche' but the special thing is they should be thankful that we all do not look alike and remember that Barbie the doll is made of plastic, and yes there are young ones that start in beauty pagents that their parents drill into their head how to smile walk curlers so tight their skin on their head has done turned purple and the child is only 3 yoa, it is ridicuious and to alot of these kids yea some are silly to older ones but to some of the younger ones it is therapy beleive it or not they can't talk to their parents so they get all kinds of advice, even us older ones do like me LOL, but all of them should be thankful that they have all their limbs and have eyes that see if they were to visit a home for diabled children or burn unit hospital they would understand better and see how wonderful they are as those little children gaze at them and see the beauty within.

no you aren't alone
I just had the same thought when I answered one of those 2 minutes ago asking "what would you say about my looks?"
I didn't say what they wanted to hear
or rude
or even tell them off
I simply gave an answer
"well you have eyes
you have ears
you have a nose
you have a mouth
you aren't 2 feet tall
you aren't 12 feet tall"
and it works
on the rating ones I tell them off..

Well,I mean, they have a right to post whatever they want. It's not a crime.I mean, sometimes we should just mind our own businesses. If they want to post pictures for people to rate them,I feel that it's totally fine.As far as homework goes,Don't you tell me you've never had help with homework before.

Unfortunately the kids you speak of are the kids who wish they had friends to hang with. The others, not on their computers, are hangin with their friends. So, when a kid writes asking such benign questions it should make us want to respond with some encouraging comments to help them feel better about themselves. They are obviously starved for acceptance and feel left out of the group. We need to let them know they are special to God if not to their peers.
