well you already know that exercise is important. Getting into a clean diet will help alot. No sodas, avoid sugar, no saturated fats, and avoid fast foods. Cut out all of the red meats and focus your meat on salmon the best compromise for protein, no sugar, and no saturated fats. You can lean upi quickly with working out too, but do it for maintenance rather than to build.

If you burn or "use" more calories than you are putting in, you will lose weight. The confusion comes when people try and figure out the best way to burn calories, or the best way to minimize your calorie intake to create the fastest weight loss possible, instead of just changing their lifestyle and slowly returning to a more balanced physical size.

hey i know that it is very difficult to get a proper info on net ,actually i was 103kg(216pnds) a month before but i have startes a good plan and i m now 97kg ,i had reduced 11pnds in a month u need to follow a plan of 1400/1800calorie diet plan eat frequently ,dink plenty water and after every intake walk for 15-20 mins and in morning go for a walk for45mins and also do some wt loss exercise .
trust me it is ffective b;coz i m following it that to under survilane of nutriotanist.

Cardio is most effective at calorie/fat burning... go vegetarian...dont pay for diet pills just to eat Big Macs, catch colds and feel like crap all the time

Just reading the problems people have Shedding fat it reminds me of the never ending years I spent flipping from diet to diet without seeing any real success until someone recommended to me Dianas miracle cure (just type it into google). Hitting the gym,is the best way. Just a few days a week for a month you will be ripped probably.

Watch your food intake. Thats about 80% of it, and making sure you raise your heart rate so that you can keep your burn rate up. 8 hrs of sleep and staying active. this is whats helped me.
