After sex a few days ago my penis swelled twice in girth and hurt for like 8 hours. everything seems normal now but is it something i need to worry about?

I am completely healthy i went to get checked up after. its just that one time it happen after an erection.

if u r a young guy it is quite normal for you to swell and become very hard and for it to hurt as i have been there. It is not uncommon for it to twitch when it is so hard. If it swelled and it was not because it was hard, than you might have been stung or bit. Not sure what you experienced, but it sounds like you are fine.

Sounds like you strained your muscle or tendon tissue,it is very uncomfortable for a day or two and can sometimes re-occur hopefully your **** isnt bent now when erect?
Try not to be so vigorous next time,lol.
I wouldnt worry unless it still hurts.

Did your partner use any lube ?/ if so you might be allergic to it .Or it could be you are just not compatible with this partner
If it is a one off , just forget it and get on with life . If it happens again you need to consult a GP to get referred to a urologist

but during your check up did you mention your worries,for you may have the start of priapism and also have you checked it for lumps,if you told ur doc and he/she was satisfied,then its probably a one off. good luck kid.
