Since you left a vague area for this question I will explain the age old male dominance complex. Yes, I'm a male so I can lay it down to you. Okay, usually in younger males, we are rather immature, I the brain doesn't fully develop for a long time, and girls mature faster than boys, that much is true. So we can be immature and speak without thinking. Others however, have problems showing someone they like them and will try anyway they possibly can to get the girls attention even if it means bugging them. Also some people, although this is evident in girls too, they have inferiority complexes resulting in them needing to put down others to make themselves feel better. Also if you're going to choose a guy, you must remember this, girls don't usually date the jerks for no reason, there's something missing in a relationship where one tries their best to make the other happy, if you're ignored or teased you want more. However some can go overboard. Hope that helps, like I said before it's rather vague.

yea y are men jerks?? y do they play with your head?? y do they try and make you think they like you when they really dont?? y do they get the power?? i feel for ya girl!! rite now i am hurt sooo badly i cant describe my feelings..they are sooo depressing that its hard for me to express them in words..but let me just say that 2 days ago and still today my heart has been broken from this guy who im not even dating and i shed tears for a long time and its one of the worst feelings you can ever experience

it varies on all sorts of relationships.
guys can be jerks when the girls are considerate, while guys can be caring when girls can be bitches. it's really unfair.
but that's how life is, but if you really love each other, you can probably change for the better, or maybe you'll meet someone compatible.
