... nejii is in a very tough fight. he's a close combat ninja, while gaara is a long ranged type. and theyre both highly defensive. hmm.. i think gaara would. but i'd put my bet on nejii. we'll never know until it's there.
for cyberninja, if neji can read any move right before the opponent knows himself, then how would nejii read gaara's move when the sand guy barely moves? think.. have you ever seen gaara charge and attack in any part of the story where he like, punch, or kick? i mean, come on..

I would say Gaara. I dont think Neji could get close enough, he doesnt have Lee's speed.
