200 is DIVISIBLE by 25 therefore:it is the LCM

200/25 = 8

2, 3 and 7 have no common factors therefore teh LCM is the MULTIPLE of the three independent factors
(2)(3)(7) = 42
42 ANSWER

CHECK
42/2 = 21
42/3 = 14
42/7 = 6

Factor each number
2 = (2)
24 = (2(2)(2)(3)
36 = (2)(2)(3)(3)

You will need 3 of the (2) factors per 24; and 2 of the (3) factors per the 36

(2)(2)(2)(3)(3) = 72
72 ANSWER

CHECK 72 is DIVISIBLE by all three numbers
72/2 = 36
72/24 = 3
72/36 = 2

To find the least common multiple just find the lowest number that is evenly divisible by all 2, 3, or however many numbers..hope this helps =]

2. 2,3,7 don't share any common factors, so the lcm is 2*3*7 = 42.

2 = 2
24 = 2^3*3
36 = 2^2*3^2

lcm = 2^3*3^2 = 72.
