probably not a great deal assuming that a fully functioning modern society was working, eg placing all daily activities underground including schools hospitals, workplaces etc etc.

if there was no modern society then there would be major changes, evolutionary effects may be more pronounced, certain characteristics that make people cope better under ground would be selected for and those people would have more off spring.

Sunlight produces vitamin D in the skin.
You get more of this by standing fully clothed on an overcast day for ten minutes than in most daily meals.

So I guess they would suffer skin conditions.

Also if people are kept in places where they can not naturally tell the passing to the days and nights (such as far northern hemisphere) it can cause mental imbalances.

Saying that we may finally be free of clock watching. No one would be able to say when the best time to do anything was.

Apart from that, it would be very expensive to have to grow all food using hydroponics and sun lamps.

Extinction is the most likely outcome as a result of chronic Vitamin D deficiency. Unless they have an excellent source of vitamin D in their diet (fish oils), they will become deficient.

Vitamin D deficiency will lead to Rickets/Osteomalacia and serious immune system dysfunction. A dramatically shortened life-span and inability to adequately reproduce will result. Long-term, this society will not survive.
