It is only my right hand but it has been happening lately. It may be because I have been typing too much on the computer though I am a little bit scared. Thank You.

sounds like you could be getting carpal tunnel...mine did that when i first started having symptoms. try doing some stretches.

carpal tunnel can be serious so take care of your hands, stretch them often.

I'm not a dr. so I won't tell you what to do, but I got a potassium supplement and took it for about a week and then make sure I get a banana every day. All my muscles were shaking, esp the muscle spasms you get as you're falling asleep! AY! My hands were making it impossible for me to write legibly or type. I asked my psych about it, thinking it was a side-effect of some med, and he said he thought it was probably a nutritional deficit.

This could be from overuse. I would give the hand a rest for several days and see if it goes away. It probably will if you truly rest it. Your suspicious are probably correct.
