It is not the belt, I replaced that. What else could it be and how do I fix it.

The squeek could also be the rear bearing or the rollers/glides that support the front of the drum. Both of these parts are an easy repair

The idler pully- the thing that keeps tension on the belt. If you change the belt, you can change the pulley.

try not sitting on it while it is running as you may be wearing out the bearings.
