I am sure many people do. Here you can get some idea of how big the loss of life is - not about right or wrong - just how many lives have been touched by this.

Unfortunately as an ex soldier who went to Iraq already I know more then one person who has lost their life there. There is no measure for how big a loss of life is no matter how they died or why. When you love or care for someone losing them for any reason is a heart wrenching pain tht never goes away.

I hope not. I do know someone over there and another is being sent over next year. I worry about them. I know I shouldn't and I know that they are in God's Hands. But I still am concerned. Dave must be ok as I just heard from his brother's father in law today. And someone will let me know what is going on.
EDIT: My condolences to you Ash, and I thank God that He brought you home safe. My brother was in Vietnam--he came back drug and alcohol addicted and suicidal. Take care. xo

I went to high school with a guy killed in Iraq.
I wasn't friends with him, but my brother was.

yep, my uncle was killed there, except he was a civilian, minding his own business when some American troops put 30 holes in his car...they later admitted that it was a case of mistaken identity
