Hello everyone!

I need some help entering a lot of data on the computer. They are documents I have to translate from english to french and the work is quite voluminous. The data are in english and I have to have them on the computer so I can translate. So what I need is to find a way to enter those data without having to do a lot of typing. Any ideas on what I can do? Will it work if I scan the documents and then translate them? or what else can I do? Please help!

Copy then past. if it is already digital.
Scan and use OCR if it typed.
Use voice recognition software and dictate them. Dragon Naturally Speaking comes to mind

If the documents are in a printed (ie. not handwritten) format, you can use a scanner with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software and experience good results.
