Which hormone is responsible for the increased libido 2 weeks before my period?

It seems like around a week before my period, I have insatiable sexual urges and I start fantasizing about it and the smell and the feel of his warmth about drive me crazy. What is the cause of this? I know its hormonal and related to my cycles, but I dont really understand which hormone causes it.

I have to add about the same time I start noticing this increase in sexual urges, my breast become larger and tender and I start noticing I feel warm all the time. This all ends about 2 days after my period starts then the I cycle all over again in a month. Of course my partner loves it. He is ready.
