The UFO was sited in Richland Center, Wisconsin 53581. It was above the Walmart parking lot at approximatly 19:35. It had a green light on the left, and a red light on the right. It hovered in one spot, for approximatly one minute, and then changed both lights to white, and took off west.
It looked like the following symbol. ├I The green light would be on the bottom on this symbol, and the red light would be on the top.
If you have any information whatsoever, please post an answer. Anything is welcome. I will chose the best answer, based on what way to report this works best.

The UFO did not make any noise whatsoever.

The UFO never landed either, it was just in the air hovering. The lightes were not blinking either, it was just a constant red and green light.

THE problem is that no one will believe you.
I do because years ago when i worked for the
Colorado Forestry Service. i and a friend was
looking for a mule that got loose.we saw a space
ship or something.The mule just stood watching.
it circled and flew between two mount ions.
we reported it by phone later,and was told to
forget it.

What you most probably saw was an airplane. I know it may have looked not like an airplane, but try and think if what you saw would have been over or near an airport. Usually when planes are near airport, they change their light sequence during flight or landing. They also circle the airstrip until it is time for them to land. These maneuvers and light flashing and changing of colors are most commonly mistaken for UFOs. If you truly believe you saw something out of the ordinary, your best bet is to call your local MUFON (Mutual UFO Network, non-profit UFO investigative group), or call Art Bell at Coast to Coast AM (look it up on the web). Wow, regular aircraft flown by humans also have a green light on the starboard side, and a red light on the port side, as required by law -- as any pilot could tell you.
How courteous of these space aliens to actually OBEY OUR LOCAL AVIATION LAWS while making a trip to Wal-Mart! Even though you don't need running lights in space.
I wonder if they filed a flight plan too?

One Minute, did you get a photo, did anyone at WalMart get a camera and take a photo.
See, if you really saw it, how come someone did not get a real good photo?
1,000,000 cell phone cameras and not one good UFO shot.

the chance that it was an actual sighting is like 0. if something flew in form out of space it would have been picked up on multiple radars and as someone else pointed out there would be heaps of people taking photos.
