That's surprising since they said this:
The International Atomic Energy Agency also said restrictions the Iranians put on U.N. inspectors two years ago mean it still cannot rule out that Iran has a secret weapons program, as suspected by Washington and its allies.
The report said the agency's "knowledge about Iran's current nuclear program is shrinking" because of access restrictions imposed in 2006.
Now does that sound like exoneration to you ?
It sure doesn't to me.

Most Nobel laureates are blithering idiots. Take Carter and Gore as perfect examples. They were given it because they are socialists and the exoneration by those types is reason to be suspicious. Both never met a dictator or thug they didn't like.

I wish you had cited your source for this assertion. This news story I found doesn't quite say what you've implied.
Also, the report they make to the U.N. is secret.
Also, how many Nobel Laureates work for the IAEA?
Also, maybe when it comes to nuclear holocaust we should err on the side of caution?
