I would assertively confront this person and express my feelings to him/her about what's going on inside me. If it's bothering you inside, you owe it to yourself to do something about it. There is no need to talk about it to third parties. This person should accept he/she has a problem and should do something about it.

I would totally tell someone if it were a bad secret. Since your question asks if it was someone I loved, of course I'd tell! I wouldn't want harm to come to them because I <3 them :D

It depends what the seceret was, if it was someone else doing bad harm to them i would have to tell no matter what, if they were doing harm to themselves and it wasnt very bad i dont think id tell but if it could lead to serious issues then i would tell. but it really comes down to what you think you should do.

I would try to do something about it myself. Maybe make them try to realize the cold hard truth. If that doesn't work, get help but not let him/her know about it...
