I got staples in there still and wasnt told if Im supossed to put anything on them or clean them with something or anything. If you had a c-section what did you do as far as that goes?

I had a c-section with my first baby. They didn't use staples though, it was a glue. I didn't have to do anything to take care of the cut. They just told me to not take baths until it was healed and to watch for severe redness or puss (anything indicating infection). I would call your doctor to get specific instructions from him.

Clean with peroxide and let wound air dry.
