Maybe for the same reason that the church didn't allow women to pray in Sacrament meeting between 1968 and 1978 or why women used to promise to "obey" the law of their husband rather than "hearken" unto his word.
Women are second class citizens in the Mormon world compared to where women are in society. Even society has work to do in this area. It's just that the church is about 20 years behind everyone else. So if you like that sort of thing...

As human - the woman has the full right to perform any thing as she wish within the law
also it is understood that cooperation/understanding between husbandd and wife is the most important thing for the world
that's why
In any culture the husband and wife are considered as one after they completely accept themselves which is solemnised as marriage.
if the wife does anything with out the consent of the husband surely it will disappoint her husband
you should try to find out the reason patiently, why your husban is so adamant, there should be a way to solve this problem.
everything is possible by JESUS
best of luck

You may attend church and participate. The church does not want to be the cause of marriage problems. It does not baptize minors without parental consent, either. There are many instances in the church where accommodations are made because of non-member spouses. A wife is not required to pay tithing, for example.

You're playing with fire, & your husband knows it. If it's just curiosity & you wanna investigate, why would you want to JOIN already? You do realize that the LDS teach not that Jesus IS God, but that He is literally the son of God, that he is A god, right?

If they are going to bar the door so you can't come in and worship with them without your husband, do you really want to be there? Maybe there is another congregation nearby who will respect the love you have for God. They should feel blessed to have you there praying with them. I will be praying that you receive the answer you are looking for, from God, of course, not YA ; )

What is LDS?
If someone is denied something because her husband said so, that is discrimination. And that is a BIG no no.
