Do you think people will go back and invariably think back 1994.....with his wife? Do you think the fact that he got away with murder will push a jury to further convict him of this latest event with a strong sentence???

I think he'll be found guilty this time. I think most people believe he got away with murder and even if they think he's innocent on this will convict him anyway.

I only hope that he would be found guilty for his crime this time.

But he is not on trial for murder this time. So if the jury does their job, they will not and should not consider his wife's murder to convict him on the latest events. But convict him on the facts of the case.

I Think he will get his hand slapped, but nothing serious, only because his cohorts in the caper, that turned against him for a plea deal, seem to be shaky, even the victims seem reluctant. My guess is they will use this to discredit their testimoney, leaving the prosecuter with little evidence except for the video of them entering the Palace station. If they can put doubt in the claim that O.J. knew nothing about the guns(even though he asked them to pack heat) .Ultimatly any firearms used will have been made the choice of each individual, and since O.J. didnt have one, they only have intent and conspiracy charges with the threat of malice.

OJ has several free lawyers trying to make a name for themselves so they will blow holes in the prosecutions case, bet he walks again.
