First of all its want and not whant, its marry and not merry, its legal and not ligal and lastly pros are meant for positive aspect we say pros and cons, and over here you had to say process or procedure.....

You are in India& love this girl of 17 years & want to marry her. Legally you can marry her if you are of at least 21years (groom) & when this girl has completed 18 years (bride). This the minimum legal age of marriage in India for any person to marry. Any contravention of this legal provision by any person can be punished under the Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929.

well if you are over 18 it is illegal unless you run off to vegas and get hitched. i suggest you wait until she turns 18 and moves out of her parents house... better yet, find an older woman!
