My favorite part may not be what you were looking for, but I love my mind, however dingy it may be sometimes! Although your mind may diminish with age, you body sure goes faster unless you have an awesome plastic surgeon!
I have to admit, other than my husband's mind, his butt is my favorite part! His mother told me just the other day what a "cute, round, up-turned butt" he has always had since he was a baby!
*I hope my husband misses this answer of mine...he'd be so embarrassed! LOL

my partner... well im a lesbian, and i think my favorite part of her is also her hair... same reason....
