Okay every night i have been waking up at the
same time! I look at the clock and it says 3:40 something.
Can anyone tell me what this may mean???

You have attuned your body to wake up at 3:40 am, the same way people wakes up around 6 o'clock without needing an alarm clock.
Try adjusting your circadian rhythm.

Around that time is supposed to be when the spiritual relam is at its highest. Some people oddly wake up at this time who are attuned to it. Or something like that.
