its either in 2007, 2008,or 2009. If he gets impeached or if he dies, then all 3 may be choices. If nothing happens to him, then 2009. If he does die, then the country will be leader less cuz Cheney said if he becomes president, hes gonna resign!

2001. He lost it after that. He was called president but didn't fulfill the oath of his office after that. Mainly he has not protected the country or upheld the Constitution.
