Actually I think of Blind people like Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder who can't see if it's too dark to wear sunglasses.Either that or they are sensitive to bright light like myself,I can't stand indoor lights on during the daytime or the reflections off of open water(I work at a water plant).I also think of my little brother in his teens who thought they were "cool";then walked into a closed door.Jazz mucisians usually wore them to avoid looking at the stage lights while having a hangover,(very painful!).I wear prescription glasses with a photo tint that automatically lightens indoors, but it can take 10-15 minutes on a sunny day.People say it intimidates them.

definetly stupid, especially since there's always some wise guy that says, hey "we're indoors" or some sarcastic moron thats all like, "geez it sure is sunny in here." just to make the person with the sunglasses look dumb.
I personally have never looked at someone with sunglasses indoors, and said, "aw Cool!" never. I'm be willing to say that no one I know has said that either. We're actually the people trying to point out that you look like a moron, but thats just me.
So unless you want to be made fun of by me, bump into things, have people wonder what is wrong with you, or if you're high, then by all means go ahead.
But if you want to be like the rest of us sheeple and be "normal" then don't.

depends on the glasses
if the tint is light and the glasses have a nice design or nice make then they're for looks and style, and may be considered cool with the right outfit
however if they're too dark and just plain then it'd be pretty dumb to wear them inside or at night

Some people may be sensitive to light. If you are talking about security that gaurds the pubs and bars and concerts and public places like that, they are using the shades so that you don't look into their eyes, as they concentrate on scoping the crowd. They don't want to be distracted.

Either Cory Hart (the song I wear my sunglasses at night) or a Vampire or maybe someone with a black eye.

Ok? So -- What if??
There could be several reasons as to "why they choose to wear these at night or at anytime"..
Why would this bother you?
Any person can be as "COOL" as they want too... It doesn't take any devise to achieve cool-ness.. It's by being "Just Yourself"... No gimmicks or props are going to do this for you or anybody else...

When people the blues brothers wear sunglasses: allright.
When precious plastic blond bitches wear sunglasses so huge when they take them off they leave a permament indent: just going with the crowd.
