When the debate between the presidential hopefuls takes place - the Democratic nominee is going to be astonished to find out that it isn't George Bush standing at the opposing podium - and after all this time wasted campaigning against him.

because none of the republican presidential candidates offer significantly different views from president bush.

so, in that regard, it becomes really easy, especially in the primary season, to boost all democrats' chances against any generic republican.

those who will claim ron paul is a substantive difference from george w bush don't realize his libertarianism only propels us toward the type of totalitarian fascist state about which bush and the neocons can only wetdream.

Because they don't know why. They only know Bush is not popular and they are not Bush...at least that's what I get out of listening to the dem debates...

They would rather bash Bush then go after each other, especially Mrs. Clinton...the 'boys club' doesn't want to seem like a 'women basher' and anger the Clinton machine...they might disappear.
