Why is it valuable for a person to see barriers as challenges rather than as obstacles?

challenges are more of the optimistic view and make you look more forward to something and get into it

obstacles are the pessimistic views usually..and thats more like just getting it over with or a problem

and problems are worse because you don't have much hope and dont both trying sometimes, but seeing it as a challenge gives you determination and hope to get past the barrier

Barriers are intimidating and scary but a challenge asks us to prepare and face the situation.
