Going to another country is nice - but expenseive.
I'm from central Cali and just went to L.A for my anniversery.

My suggestion would be to look and see what there is in L.A or that area that you have'nt done before. Sometimes it's surprising what there is in your own town that you have'nt seen yet.

When me and my hubby went we looked up a couple places to eat, and then for the weekend looked to see what receptions there were at some prominant art galleries, found a couple other little nooks around L.A and had a night on the town.

Get a romantic hotel room with a hot tub for a night. Bring strawberries and chocolate and champagne. Do it up like a mini honeymoon getaway.

If money is not a problem, visit Singapore. I will be bringing my fiance for a cable car ride dinner after our engagement in Dec.

Im just kidding

well my hometown friend, annual events don't mean you always have to go out, that gets repetitive. This will sound corny and stupid but you could just stay home and enjoy each others company, watch a movie at home and talk about old time. dont forget... that night... Ooooooh YEAH.
