has anyone solved the audio pixalation on the hd channels only? I've looked everywhere on the web and can't find a resolution

the usual cause of pixellization is a poor satellite signal. The fact that it's just on the HD channels tells me that your receiver isn't getting the proper signal from the 103 satellite. Try running a system test and change the sat selection to 103. A couple of 0s are fine (depending on your programming) but if you have any that are not 0s but less than 70 that's your problem.

The best thing to do would be to call customer service and tell the automated service that you have a "searching for satellite" message or "extension 771"

This company has done this in the past.

They want to compress the signals so they can up the number of channels. So each day or two they increase the compression, and increase the compression until customers call to complain. Then they back off 1 compression level.

Call Customer Service and bug them about the poor video. Keep calling them and mysteriously the problem might go away.
