how do i put text and scroll boxes into the boxes on a div image when i am coding it??

i really have no idea, i this is the only problem i have coding it! please help and give good and clear instructions!

Inside of the div tags, you just put your text, and it'll end up inside the div, and the scroll bar is just a simple style.

Since I have NO idea how you have your div set at present I can't tell you what code to add but here is a Scroll Area with Overflow (which makes scroll work) tutorial
