Thats a catch 22...
You need a chicken and a rooster to have an egg in the first place.....
but u need a egg to get a rooster or chicken etc

To tell you the truth, the hen, somehow had something wrong with it's DNA, when it had sex, they had an egg, that turned into a chicken.
