Well this is my personal tale- i was 16 my boyfriend was 19- and i was pregnant-my parents tried to press charges but they didnt even make it to court because most laws state that if the girl is 15 she can decide who she does and doesnt have sex with, and i was at the age to consent in my state (Nebraska) i wouldnt be too worried. I did alittle research for you, your state law for consent is 16 (california)-legislative reviews for california state that you have reached the age of majority (18) and your gf who is almost 17 is not yet that age, but because she is 16 or older she has the right to consent to have sex with you, however if you were atleast 5 years older than her that law would be alittle different, but because your not, you should be ok... im not sure how old these sites were so do some more research or call and speak to someone at the courthouse---for more information view the site i sourced for you! not at all! especially guys they tend to look younger. I'm 19 and everyone says i look 22 i hate that because think when your 30 your going to look 35!!! i used to love looking older no i see the down side. though its great when i go to clubs and you never get ID :D
