They are like terms. They are both constant terms. Therefore they can be combined (by adding) to from a single constant term.

They Are Like terms
1/3 and 6 are the same.

For example, Like terms would be:
2x, 4x, 6x, basically anything with x
but you wouldnt be able to combine them
with number like 3x^3 numbers that have x^2
etc.

They are like terms, because you'd be able to combine them when adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing.
