I just talked to some people at a couple of local card shops and this is whath they said
Mario Lemieux's autograph on...
a blank piece of paper....$5
a Penguin's program.......$5 - $20 (depending on the game)
a Road programs.............$5 - $20 (depending on the game)
a Penguins jersey (not game worn)...............$300-$400
a Penguins jersey (game worn)......................$1000-$1500
a Team Canada jersey (not game worn).......$300-$400
a Team Canada jersey (game worn).............$20,000 + (only 26 of these in existence)
a puck (any).......................................................$5
Any non-hockey memorabiliia.........................$5-$10
This is in Toronto, the hockey mecca of the universe, so prices may vary elsewhere.

As some people have said, the vaule can be all over the board. First of all, is it just an autograph or is it something in particular that has been autographed? A plain autograph on a piece of paper will get gather as much as an autographed program.
Secondly, where do you live? A Lemieux autograph will generally generate a few more dollars around Pittsburgh than in some other areas.
A quick note to the other poster about HOF - Lemieux is already in the HOF. After he retired the first time, they made an exception and voted him in immediately, without a waiting period. The same thing was done with Gretzky when he retired - no waiting period.

Whatever you can get for it. You can make up a value, but it's meaningless. There are a lot of $100 hockey cards out there, for example, that you wouldn't get $25 for in an auction. Best thing you can do if you really want to find out is put it up on eBay and see what you can get for it. Otherwise, if you want to keep it, who cares?

If I remember correctly Mario is already in the H.O.F. He retired for a bit was inducted then came back a little later. Unless they took him out because he joined the league again.

remember, Mario has only been retired for a couple years and he still needs a couple to get into the HOF, and even then it wont be worth much.
