If you're asking this question, perhaps you should reconsider whether you should purchase a house. There are a lot of foreclosures right now because too many people bought homes when they could not really afford them.

I lived in a cheap apartment and saved until until I had the money. It worked very well.

Anetria,

Sorry the reality is this - if u need assistance to get into a house, u'll be out of it faster.

going to suggest some reading.
any 'house buying for 'dummies'' books
so u understand what u need to .

may i suggest a reading of '48 days to work u love' d.miller . a good book for going forward and plenty of fresh reference material. u need to learn so u can earn MORE. u r living too near the edge now.

the other one is 'total money make over' d.ramsey helps our folks retain their cash.
spending less and getting more value from their paychecks. u need to increase ur income and SAVE b4 buying.

our associates have a mandatory read of the books.

we meet people like u every day now.

Visit your bank and ask their advice. They can help you decide what is best for your situation, and if there are any programs that can help you, they can let you know.
