a guy was up in my face at school today we got in a fight but it was
broken up before there was a winner. i cant get him out of
my head im still as pissed off as i was and this was 6 hours ago
i need to clam down.

Long, slow. relaxed breathing. Sit and relax and breath this way for 5 or 10 minutes and you will see the anger change!

What I usually do when I am really angry, in order to calm down is either I sit down with a good book or magazine, or I do some deep breathing exercises. That helps me to re-focus. I hope this advice helps you. Good luck!!
