bathing suit or otherwise fail to cover her breasts with less than a full opaque covering of any portion thereof below the upper portion of the nipple"?
Since this law does not apply to six year old boys, it is patently unfair to girls!

I don't think five year old girls will feel this law as a stinging infringement of their rights.
Even if it is mediaeval, it does no harm and might even deter any paedophiles.

WTF!! Are you serious, that is crazy. 6, 7, 8 year old girls rarely have breasts. I for one thing the nudity laws are stupid any way, but if there must be, I think they should only apply to those that have clearly gone through breast development. But I can also look at it like maybe they are trying to protect those children from predators. IDK, that's just weird.

It may be unfair, but would it be ok for a 6 year old boy to walk around with his happy spot haning out, this law is to:
1 teach modesty
2. protect little girls from pedifiles because I heard a pedifile on tv say that he only went after girls that "asked for it" and he meant that they were not being modest in public AKA they were topless or doing cart wheels in a skirt
