I'm getting my hair cut (just a trim, might get it relayered...) and I wanna get something else. Pedicures are cheaper, but I kinda wanna get a new look and I AM a bit short on money. I could afford either one, but which one sounds better?

I guess if you want a new look, your toes are going to still be the same kinda after the pedicure.. lol so hair cut!

OMG, get your hair dyed! totally!
Although, you really shouldn't go too far from your natural color. I.E, if your a natural blond, don't go black(believe me, that would take maintenance, and a lot of it)
Like, red, brown, both are nice colors, but don't do mono-toned like how sooo many people do, it looks terrible. Get some highlights too.
Or, even better(and cheaper) yet, just get highlight/low lights! it looks great, and natural, you don't have to keep up with your roots, and its less expensive

Def. hair, it's worth it! If you get your hair done it may improve your look and it will be like a change but getting a pedicure won't give you that great feeling! haha
The hair will give you a new look but if you get a pedicure no one is going to notice it.

Save your money, or donate it to a good charity. Dying your hair really destroys it and you can give yourself a pedicure. If you are short of money, why spend it frivolously?

You should dye your hair. Its more noticeable and it will be way more worth your money to spend it on something everyone can see and comment on.

definitely hair because no one can even see your toes because its so cold and you can do your own if you want it so bad. your hair will give you a new makeover and make you look styling for winter.
