Im writing a persuasive essay, and my directions are to use logical appeals in my essay. But I HAVE NO IDEA HOOWWW?!
Can anyone please explain it to me!!? I looked up logical appeals, and it says that you are to provide a rational arguement to support writers claim....
WHAT THE heck does that meannn?

It means use facts in a reasonable order. Do not ramble. Do not give emotions such as feelings. Do not give opinions. Give facts. Stay away from phrases such as "I think", "I feel". Words like love and hate should also be avoided.

Calm down. Logical appeals are when you give a point that you think is true, then you back it up with why you think that it's true. For instance, if your opinion was that Kids should have pop in school, You might say: Kids should have pop in school because it would keep them awake. They can't learn if they're asleep!
Just take your argument, state it in a way that anyone could understand, then back it up with hard fact. Easy!
