Help!? Is it hard to get glass out of a greenhouse that is 10 by 10 foot? And 6 foot high? How long do you think it would take?

I assume you want to salvage the glass for re-use. If not spread a tarpaulin and smack the panes (wearing safety glasses of course).

If you want the glass for reuse, there are little router-type bits that will cut through the putty even if it is as hard as a rock. There are also heated knives to do the same putty removal. Once the putty is out you need to pull out any triangular glazier's point that are retaining the glass.

After the glass is loose, work with someone (on the inside) who can push the glass out of the frame while you catch it in your gloved hands, standing on the outside. With some care almost every pane should be OK.
