Also what is a misty flip?

A back flip is the easiest - especially if there is the right curve in the jump and hopefully a LOT of power to land in. I did it once on a jump that someone else built which was perfectly curved - all you had to do was lean back right when you hit it and you would land it. It was landing on a semi-flat area with several feet of power.

Are you actually asking about an invert? (inverted flip?) If you are just asking about the easiest spin, (without getting upside down) it is a 180.

Either way, wear a helmet and follow someone else's instructions that knows how to land it - and be careful.

Good Luck
