Start by removing the same number of zeros. Then divide numerator and denominator by common factors until you can't reduce any more.

This is easy, just take 2 zeros off the large numbers and thats your answer. For example 100,000 = 1,000.

For 13 the answer is 13 over 100 or 13/100
