I'm glad. Now, finally, we can get everything out in the open and hopefully settle the question for once and for all. Whatever the outcome, it would be nice if we could move past the whole "did he / didn't he" question.

Bonds attorneys have filed to have the fees dropped, pointing out that the questions have been deceptive and misguided throughout the grand jury testimony. in simple terms as of the day gone by (02/14/08), there replaced right into a narrative that replaced into pronounced that there replaced into incorrect information in the indictment that replaced into released final year. the tips in the indictment pronounced that Bonds had failed a drug attempt in November 2001, which could have been in easy terms a million month after he broke the only season HR record. in spite of the shown fact that the attempt replaced into actually one that replaced into failed in November of the previous year. today there's no longer any added tips. there is not any trial date set, and the two components will in all probability be arguing for some time to come back till now we actually see an ordeal initiate.

The Feds have a 95% conviction rate. They don't bring an indictment unless they have rock solid evidence. This is not good for Bonds. I wonder if he's got that smug, arrogant look on his face now. Oh well, he's probably got Stephen A. Smith's head in his lap to make him feel better.

It's far from a strong case it took them 4 years and two different juries to even get the indictment. Bonds's lawyers is going to rip them a new asshole. Bond is going to win this case and it's not going to be even close.

He is screwed, sooooo screwed and I am glad that he is so stupid; stupid enough to lie to Federal authorities claiming that he never took anything. Think about it; a man in his 40's hitting like a 20 year old? He had more then Wheaties for breakfast. His breakfast consisted of flax seed oil, and a syringe!

I'm glad. Bonds couldnt have been more of a jerk through all of his 22 seasons.

He's screwed alright. He could be serving a couple of months to a couple of years in jail.
