It is called a Rainbow Shark (Epalzeorhynchos frenatus). It is very similar in appearance and disposition to the Red Tailed Shark (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor)... They will eventually reach about 6 inches...

It's a red-finnned shark, AKA a rainbow shark. It will get about 4-5 inches long and will have the same temperment as any other red-tailed shark: semi-aggressive. They're only territorial, but have been known to nip at smaller fish that are usually a reddish color. Otherwise, they can be quite peaceful.
