Arquette by far. How is this even a question? Vince can wrestle to some degree. Vince knows how to build heat with the fans. Vince is actually part of the company.
David Arquette was given the belt to hype a (crappy) movie, and the general public still didn't care.

Arquette. He was a complete joke. dont get me wrong, the mcmahon champ was pathetic, but at least there were some respectable matches with lashley and umaga. With Vince as champ, there were handicap matches, street fights, and other cool matches and for a moment Vince was as good of a heel as he had always been. Arquette? dont even get me started.
