Unfortunatly, I'll have to be superficial and say yes to this one, but only if they're really extreme (as in a deformity). I feel bad admitting it, but it's the truth.

For the sight, it does matter. For example; job interview or first dating and even making some new friends.
Sad but true, most people judges others but the way they look.

Looks do matter.Ask any person what they look for in another member of the opposite sex & they will mention some aspects of look.Be it a nice body,good hair or a good smile-looks do matter.Any one who says that they are interested in someone solely for personality is lying.You cannot get to know someone truly until you have first noticed his or her looks.Without an interest in looks,the emotional connection may not spark.

Most people judge you superficially at the beginning - unfortunately. Once people get to know you they are usually more forgiving. ; )
