People don't want to jump on with the Packers because they are a very young team and they're waiting to see if Favre can go the distance. All and all, they look too good to be true. I also think the GB DEF would shut down Dallas and old man Owens

well right now, I don't think a lot of teams are getting any respect because everyone is on New England's balls.
But I do think they are a little underrated when it come to individual players such as Donald Driver. I can't believe this guy isn't getting any love especially when it comes to pro-bowl. As a team, I would say they are fine where they are at. I would hate for them to get big headed and not stay focus on the game. I do think they can hold their own so I will say they can beat Dallas but only if they can convert pts in the red zone and not let penalites hurt there game like it has done so in the pass. Also, if they can work with the little running game they have to get at least 10+ yrds per play, they can do some damage.
I do not think the game will hit the 30's.

I am hoping for the NFC Championship game to be Dallas vs Green Bay, to see a suprising and intense match-up between the two best teams in the NFC. I don't think the Packers add up to their record of 8-1. I think it's mere luck that has gotten them to that state. Brett Favre is an old quarterback and he doesn't play like he used to. Now luck, for example, Denver vs Green Bay, it was luck that won Brett Favre the game. The Packers are overrated, they have a bad team yet they're 8-1 somehow. I'm not saying they're horrible, but their defense, offense, and special teams unit just doesn't add up to compete with other rosters in the NFC. Dallas is a much better team. They have a great quarterback in Tony Romo and good receivers in Terrell Owens and Patrick Crayton. They also have a much better defense than Green Bay. If these two teams were to face off in the NFC Championship, I'd go with Dallas by a close win.

If you ask the GB fans the Pack are the best in the NFC, the Dallas fans feel the same about their team. As an Eagles fan who hates the boys I have to admit they are currently the best in the NFC and barring injury or coaching meltdown will make the playoffs. GB is good because of Favre and the D, the coaching blunders are masked because of Favre's miracles. If GB makes it to the playoffs they will get out coached and lose in the first round.

Green Bay had a very disappointing season last year. They have had an almost miraculous turn-around this season, but with all of Favre's shakey games last season (from trying to do everything on his own) people's confidence just isn't up there yet.
They have a very good chance of defeating Dallas. If they do they will have definitely earned the respect of the people.

They will beat the Cowboys. And beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl. Green Bays D is the best in the league. Our passing game is as good as anybody's and McCarthy is an excellent coach.
No other team can play man to man like the Pack. And they shut down all running backs.... Tomlinson,Johnson,Westbrook, Portis and Peterson didn't do squat against them.

People have been doubting them sense week 1, and all they do is keep winning. I think they are a lot better then the broke back boys. Better QB better wide outs better D. Lets just wait to see if the broke back boys and pull one out against the skins before we even put them in the same class as the Pack.

As long as they beat opponents like they did to NY Giants and Minn people will have no reason to doubt them. They need to continue to have a balanced game and win decisively every game. If they beat Detroit and Dallas they will be considered the best in the NFC and in NE's league.
