ok so my friend introduce me to her boyfriends co-worker and he's a great guy! i just got out of a relationship so i wanna take it slow. But how do i tell my friend that introduce me to him to butt out of our biz? she has something to say all the time about what if he's talking to another girl, and it really upsets me!

Be honest and everything will fall into place but do it quick because if you take your time or never tell her than it is going to keep on getting worse and worse. :-)

Tell her you aren't ready for a relationship just yet. He may be a great guy, but that doesn't mean he is great for you, especially right now. Tell her how much you appreciate that she wants to introduce you to someone, but that right now you need to be single. When the time is right, you will meet someone, maybe with her help.
If she says "what if he starts talking to another girl?" tell her so what? He is entitled to be happy in a relationship, and you can't provide that right now. Just hang out with him as a friend and in time, things may or may not happen.

Honesty is always best...........just tell her your taking it slow and she isnt helping by naking suggestions and ask her to tone it back some.......and tell her you dont want to be hurt or hurt anyone , so ease up and but out......

There is no nice way to say such a thing...You will hurt her anyway...tell her that you are starting a relationship with him and that would she please stop disturbing it.
