Ok, so the scenario is:
Kimberly was secretly making alcohol in her kitchen. The police entered her home with a serch warrent and she goes to jail.

Which amendment does this case violate?

B) Amendment 18 (Bans the making, selling, and shipping of alcoholic beverages)

Legally, none of them.

Kimberly was violating the 18th Amendment, but the 18th is no longer good law, so there's no Constitutional issue at all.

None of these. The 18th was repealed, and therefore cannot be violated. Slavery and voting do not relate to this case. The 21st legalized the making of alcohol (ending the federal prohibition), but also contains a provision saying that states can prohibit or restrict it, so it is violated only if the police arrested her for violating the 18th, and not if they arrested her for violating a state law.
