The US constitution and the bill of rights must be upheld regardless of any national security concerns, once they are subverted the American way of life ceases to exist.

Once you give up your freedom you will probable not get it back, because people and governments do not readily relinquish power. History tells us the the threat from out of control governments is greater than from outside forces most of the time so I would rather error on the side of civil liberties.

I believe that whether we are in a terrorist threat that we shouldn't have to suspend our constitution just because of a precaution. Also it is going too far into our privacy to be right
